Dan Spencer was the star with 31 points as Bicester continued their resurgence with a resounding 76-0 victory at home to struggling Milton Keynes on Saturday.

The No 8 scored three of Bicester’s 12 tries and landed eight conversions.

Dave Aslett also bagged a hat-trick, while the dozen-try tally was completed by Matty Duncalf (2), Chris Harley (2), Jack Horwood and James Gros-venor.

Alchester’s misery at the foot of the table intensified as they lost 33-13 at home to fellow strugglers Wallingford.
