BICESTER HC’s sixth ‘Back to Hockey’ course was attended by several women who have never played before and one who is returning to the game after a having a baby.
Ladies club captain Lorraine Brickell said: “It was good to see so many women trying hockey.
Bicester is a very active club within the community encouraging locals to get involved in hockey.”
The course is held at the Cooper School’s artificial pitch every Thursday night (7.30-8.30) until mid-July.
New players are welcome to join at any point at £3 per session.
