LOTTIE Wynne-Jones starred as Bicester Blue Fins enjoyed a nine-medal haul at the British Gas ASA Oxfordshire & North Buckinghamshire County Championships in Aylesbury.

Wynne-Jones won two golds, defending her 400m individual medley and freestyle titles in the age 13 category.

She won by a commanding 14 and 16 seconds respectively.

Her clubmate Maddy Powell took silver and bronze in the events, setting personal bests in the process.

Wynne-Jones also won the 400m freestyle junior championship for competitors under the age of 16, recording a new club record time of 4mins 31.75secs.

And her successful day did not stop there as she came second in the 400m individual medley junior championship.

Her brother, Harry, made it a family affair, taking gold in the age 11 400m freestyle in his first individual county swim, recording a 14-second personal best and new club record of 5.19.99.

Bicester’s other gold came from Sinead Vine-Nealon in the age 16 400m freestyle with a personal best of 4.40.99.

In the open category, Kieran Bird and Tom Thornley took silver and bronze respectively in the 400m freestyle County Championship.

Oliver Inness won a silver medal in the age 15 400m freestyle.
