Shayne Almond scored four times as Oakley United marched into the semi-finals of the Oxfordshire Senior League President’s Cup with a 5-2 thumping of Horspath on Saturday.
Tom Gant completed their tally, with James Luckett and Jay Hill hitting back for Horspath.
Charlton United brushed aside North Oxford 4-0 in the second round of the Ben Turner Cup, thanks to an Anthony Davidson brace and goals from Chris Hamilton and Matty Hillsdon.
A determined fightback from Bletchingdon was in vain as the basement boys lost 2-1 against Broughton & North Newington.
First-half goals from Steve Crognale and Damien Goudy put the hosts in charge.
Although John Webb pulled one back for Bletchingdon after the break they were unable to find an equaliser.
Goals from Oli Stringer and Lawrence Foster were not enough as Oakley United Res crashed to a 6-2 defeat at Freeland Res in Division 2.
Tom Gerken(2), Steve Carvey (2), Tom Weedon and Tom Hall did the damage for the home side.
