Launton Sports’ slumped to a 5-1 defeat away to Adderbury Park in the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division on Saturday.

Neil Skidmore put the hosts in front, but just three minutes later Launton levelled via a Mark Scanes free-kick.

However, the home side bossed the second half as Skidmore, Josh Bowden, Ash Wingrove and Josh Reilly, with a penalty, sealed the first victory of the season.

Bletchingdon are still sear-ching their first win after losing 2-0 at Horspath, who scored thro-ugh Noel Fox and Jay Hill.

Ollie Stringer scored a late winner as Oakley United Res fought back to defeat Garsington Res 3-2 at home in their Division 2 encounter.

The hosts took the lead when Alex Bunn fired in.

However, Garsington took a 2-1 lead, thanks to a quick-fire double from William Horton.

But Oakley soon equalised after Bunn set up Shane Vanderlowen who fired home his third goal in two games.

Then came Stringer’s strike Charlton Res drew 0-0 with visitors Freeland Res.
