WESTBURY suffered their first Cherwell League defeat of the season when they lost by 61 runs to title rivals Wolverton.
Atif Akhlaq’s 139 not out helped Wolverton to 282-6, Charlie Williams taking 4-59.

Bilal Afzal scored an incredible 225 not out as Twyford 2nd raced to 340-3 in 48 overs against Sandford St Martin 2nd in Division 6.
Sandford replied with 193-7.
Bicester 2nd’s search for a first win continues after they held on for their sixth draw of the season at home to Westbury 2nd in Division 7
Matt Collins’s patient 94, along with 39 from Will Irving, saw Bicester threatening to chase Westbury’s 267.
But Tom Young followed his 85 not out with figures of 5-64 to halt Bicester in their tracks and they finished on 211-9.
Bicester 3rd suffered their first defeat in Division 10, going down by 80 runs to Minster Lovell 3rd
Ashley Horne (95no) and Russell Whitlock (54) took Lovell to 254-8.
Robin Wilkins (76) and Stevyn Jackson (30) got the Bicester chase off to a solid start, but Mark Horne’s 5-35 saw them bowled out for 174.
