OXFORD'S Andrew Triggs Hodge and his men's four crew won Olympic gold at Eton Dorney today.
The 33-year-old stroked Britain to victory alongside Oxford Blue Pete Reed, Henley's Tom James and Leander's Alex Gregory.
Britain led throughout to claim a superb gold from Australia.
But Wallingford's Zac Purchase and Leander's Mark Hunter were agonisingly edged into silver by Denmark in the men's lightweight double scull final.
Britain also won gold via Katherine Copeland and Sophie Hoskins in the women's lightweight double.
