MARSTON Saints came from a goal down to thump rivals Abingdon Youth 5-1 in the Under 14 B league.

Isaac Matheman grabbed the opener, but there was little further joy for the visitors.

Milo Murgatroyd equalised with an superb half volley from 20 yards.

In the second half Arthur Galley made it 2-1 before further goals came from Lami Ade-wuayi, Rowan Allison-Drake and Ryan Hicks.

Rotherfield Vipers took a pounding at the hands of Oxford Blackbirds.

It finished 8-0 to the on-song visitors, who found the target through a Michael McDonagh hat-trick, a brace from Kyreece Martel and singles from Hayden Massingham, Thomas Holloy and Kevin Whitworth.

Oxford City found themselves on the wrong end of a 7-1 hiding at the hands of Horspath Youth in the Under 15 A league.

Gabriel Harkin and Luke McCormack were the principal destroyers with a treble apiece, Addy Pande finishing off the goalscoring.

Ron Hoxha’s effort was a mere consolation for the visitors.

There was a tight encounter in the B league with Hinksey Park narrowly edging out Summertown Stars 3-2.

Seva Kozolov, Harry Price, Josh Horn got the goals that gave Park the points.

Isaac Green and Stephanos Roxannis made their mark for the home side.
