The result saw them make it two successive home wins.
Richard Wells, Danny Evans and Jordan Gray completed the rout.
Danny Evans replied for an OUP side that played with just ten men for part of the second half.
In Division 3, goals from Mark Hobbs, Michael Woodward and Ashley Payne helped Launton Sports Res to beat Yarnton Res 3-2 at home.
Michael Trafford replied with a brace.
Meanwhile, Critchleys UTV League side Abba Athletic crashed out of the Oxfordshire FA Sam Waters Cup following a 4-0 third-round crushing at home to Cropredy on Sunday.
Jack Harding (2), Richard Oakey and Chris Young did the damage.
