Three cheer-obics for dancer Kizzy

A BICESTER woman has found a rather unusual way to keep fit – cheerleading. Kizzy Burt recently qualified as Oxfordshire’s first “cheerobics” instructor and her classes in Bicester are going down a storm.
Women in her classes have been shaking their pom poms and doing cheerleader moves as part of an aerobic workout.
So popular are the classes, which take place at Elite Dance & Theatre Studio, in Crumps Butts, Bicester, that mother-of-two Miss Burt, 28, is hoping to run them in Oxford and Banbury.
Miss Burt, pictured leading one of her classes, said: “It’s very new but it’s going to be the next big thing.
“The ladies have such fun — they have pom poms, it’s aerobic and fat-burning.
“Classes have been so popular that I’m looking to expand and spread the fever.”
