PALMER Ernest Robert 'Bob' Passed away peacefully on 14th June 2018, aged 79 years. Much loved Husband to Sheila, Dad to Sally and Grandad to Cerys, he will be missed every minute. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 27th June 2018 in St. Swithun's Church, Merton followed by a private cremation. In celebration of his life please wear an item of Portsmouth Blue (large or small) to the funeral.
