COOPER Charles Sidney Herbert Peacefully on 10th November 2016 at the John Radcliffe Hospital aged 95 years. Devoted Husband of the late Kathleen Cooper. Much loved Dad to Richard, Janet, Colin and Christine, proud Grandpa to Matthew, Stephanie and Alexander. Will be loved and missed always by all the family. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 1st December 2016 in The Memorial Chapel, Oxford Crematorium at 12.30pm.
