Phillips Richard John "John" Passed peacefully away on 24th May 2016 aged 74 years. Very much loved son, husband, dad, grandad, grandpa and brother, uncle and great uncle. Funeral service will take place at Banbury Crematorium on Friday 3rd June 2016 at 10am. Please no flowers and no black.
