Great & Little Tew 2nd made it seven wins from seven starts in Division 6, but they were made to work hard for their latest success by Milton Keynes Park 2nd. Tew looked like winning with ease when Park were all out for just 129, but Paddy Rathbone then took 5-42 and it was left to Piers Myatt, batting at No 9, to hit 35 invaluable runs and see his side to a two-wicket win.

Trevor Spindler took 5-51 as Vale struggled to 132-9, then Lee Ainsworth hit 62 to set up the home side's three wicket win, which came with eight overs to spare.

Dave Wood's 86 was the highlight of Ridge's 184 all out, in which Sameer Rehman took 4-50.

Ian Bailey (4-10) and Conor Taylor (4-24) combined to dismiss Town for 129.
