FORMER Oxford United loanee James Beadle has been training with the England senior squad today.
The 20-year-old was included in the England Under-21 squad for fixtures this month, and has now been given the chance to impress interim Three Lions boss Lee Carsley.
Beadle will train alongside established England number one Jordan Pickford, plus Dean Henderson and Nick Pope, as the Three Lions prepare for UEFA Nations League games against the Republic of Ireland and Finland.

The Under-21s meanwhile take on Northern Ireland in a Euro qualifier on Friday, and Austria in a friendly on Monday.
Beadle is battling with Wigan Athletic stopper Sam Tickle and Burnley keeper James Trafford in the Under-21 set-up.
Beadle joined the U’s on a season-long loan from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion at the beginning of the 2023/24 campaign, and played 28 games in all competitions, keeping nine clean sheets.
He was recalled in January though ahead of a loan switch to Sheffield Wednesday, where he played 19 times last season.
Beadle returned to the Owls at the beginning of this season, and has started all four Sky Bet Championship games so far this campaign.
