ALFIE Barbeary has received his first call-up to the England senior squad.
The hooker, who came through Banbury Bulls' youth system, joins the national set-up for the Autumn Nations Cup final against France on Sunday.
It continues a meteoric rise for the 20-year-old, who only made his first Premiership start for Wasps in September but has already scored six tries.
Banbury tweeted: "Amazing to see Alfie Barbeary in the 33-man squad for the final game of the Autumn Nations Cup!
"Getting international recognition at such a young age is an incredible achievement.
"We're so proud to see all your hard work and dedication is paying off!"
Barbeary was part of England's squad at the 2019 World Rugby Under-20 Championships.
