OXFORD United have repaid the money owed to Darryl Eales as part of the 2018 takeover.
Companies House have today confirmed the £4.2million charge taken out two years ago has been satisfied.
It includes the small stake Eales, who took over the U's in 2014, retained when he sold the club to Sumrith 'Tiger' Thanakarnjanasuth.
