GILLINGHAM'S league position perfectly illustrates the competitiveness of Sky Bet League One this season.
Steve Evans's side are nine places below Oxford United but only six points behind Karl Robinson's men in an unbelievably tight division.
The U's should not underestimate tomorrow's hosts and these players will be key.
OLLY LEE
The on-loan Hearts midfielder has been one of the successes of Gillingham's season, making 26 appearances in all competitions.
Last week, the Scottish club agreed to extend Lee's stay at Priestfield until the end of the season, with Portsmouth, Ipswich Town and Luton Town sniffing around.
JACK TUCKER
Another to have attracted interest from clubs higher up the pyramid, 20-year-old Tucker has turned his fortunes around since almost leaving Gillingham for nothing last summer.
The centre back has impressed alongside experienced captain Max Ehmer and recently signed a new contract following a bid from a Championship side.
JACK BONHAM
The goalkeeper has played every game in the joint third-best defence in Sky Bet League One this season.
Gillingham have conceded just one goal in their last four matches and if Bonham is in form then United's strikers will have to be at their best.
