OXFORD United will kick-off their Emirates FA Cup campaign at non-league opposition, while Oxford City have been given a home tie in the first round.
Karl Robinson's side, who reached the third round last season before being knocked out 1-0 at Brentford, must wait to discover their opponents.
They were drawn away to the winner of the tie between Hayes & Yeading United and Poole Town, who replay tonight.
City got a home tie, but missed out on a meeting with EFL opposition when they were paired with Solihull Moors - whose chairman is former U's owner Darryl Eales.
They have knocked out North Leigh, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Margate to reach this stage.
It is the third successive season they had reached the first round under Mark Jones, but he will not be in charge of their tie after leaving the club 'by mutual consent'.
The games will be played across the weekend of Saturday, November 9, with winning clubs receiving £36,000.
