ICE HOCKEY: Oxford City Stars set for warm-up double-header
OXFORD City Stars will take on London Raiders 2 in a double-header next month.
The matches will be used to sharpen up for the new NIHA Division One South campaign, which starts a week later.
Stars will travel to Raiders 2 on September 7, before hosting them at Oxpens on Sunday, September 8 (6.15pm).
Simon Anderson, Stars’ head coach, said: “This is an ideal challenge match for us as part of our preparations for the new campaign.
“We are all looking forward to getting started and hope the fans come in great numbers and make this a great weekend.”
