MARTIAL ARTS: Bicester’s Ashley Stuart will be hoping to build on his 2018 bronze medal success at this week’s European Taekwondo Championships.

He is one of 13 Oxfordshire competitors who have headed out to Rimini, Italy for the event, which starts today.

TRIATHLON: Bicester Tri are offering five weeks’ worth of introductory lessons to encourage more people to take up the sport.

Starting from April 24, there will be swim, bike and running sessions, as well as open water training with qualified coaches.

It will cost £25 for the five weeks.
