DUATHLON: Jo Gundle was celebrating after winning gold in Ashridge.
The Bicester Tri member, who raced the standard distance, won the 55-59 age group.
Jane Simons was also successful, finishing third in the 40-44 category.
Jack Goodwin raced the sprint distance and took bronze in the 15-19 age group.
CYCLOCROSS: Fran Whyte finished second in the overall Central League standings after the final round in Hillingdon.
The Bicester Tri competitor needed to win the race to be crowned the series champion, but was overtaken on the final lap as she was made to settle for silver.
ATHLETICS: Alchester’s Nigel Lambert was the third vet 70 home at the Slaughterford 9.
