OXFORD City are calling on supporters to fill a second coach ahead of their Emirates FA Cup clash at Tranmere Rovers on Saturday.

The Vanarama National League South side take on the Sky Bet League Two high-fliers in the first round.

And City have organised a second coach after high demand to attend the tie at Prenton Park.

The club, who have reached the first round for a second successive year, have already racked up £49,000 in prize money from the competition.

And boss Mark Jones is hoping a good following will boost his side.

He said: “Prenton Park is one of the better grounds in League Two, they get quite good support, and we hope people come and support us.

“We know we’re not one of the biggest clubs at our level and we’re trying to improve our attendances.

“There are still seats available on the second supporters coach.

“We do try to play good football and I’m sure people will enjoy it.”

Meanwhile, City have announced the permanent signing of Bobson Bawling from Torquay United after a successful loan spell.
