TRIATHLON: Steve Clarke finished fifth in the 35-39 age group in the aquabike event at the European Championships in Ibiza.
Three of his Bicester Tri clubmates also competed in the middle distance triathlon.
Carol Mathews was eighth in the 55-59 age group, Fiona Clarke was 11th in the 35-39 category and Martin Reader took 34th in the 50-54 event.
ATHLETICS: Rob Kerr set a personal best of 1hr 33mins 49secs when finishing as the top vet 60 at the Rugby Half Marathon.
Caroline Kerr also put in a strong run, crossing in a time of 1.43.15, while Bicester Tri’s Luke Reynolds completed the route in 1.36.48.
POOL: The Nags Head went top of the Premier Division in the Bicester Advertiser League after beating White Horse E 7-2 away.
