JO Gundle, of Bicester Triathlon Club, won the 55-59 age group title at the Ironman Wales in Tenby.
She completed the course in 12hrs 28mins 19secs, while clubmate Carol Matthews was fourth in 14.28.08.
Tackling the distance for the first time were Bicester’s Martin Reader (12.31.04), Richard Young (12.56.58), Laurence Blair (13.37.33) and Debbie Gilbert (15.15.10), while ‘old hands’ Steven Clark (11.44.07) and Shaun Taylor (14.29.40) also completed the course.
