BETHANY Taylor was the leading light for Bicester Blue Fins in the South East Regional Championships at Crawley.
Taylor claimed a super third place in the women’s multi-class 100m butterfly.
Other top-ten senior finishes came from Josh Rowland who was eighth in the men’s 1500m freestyle, and Ryan Steward, who claimed tenth spot in the men’s 50m breaststroke.
The team of Mike Proctor, Ben Innes, Alfie Bones, Rowland came 11th in 400m medley relay, with the latter clocking an impressive 53.9 in the freestyle leg.
A second event for swimmers aged under 14, saw Grace Bradney come fifth in the aged 13 200m backstroke and Tom Henley finish sixth in the aged 11 & 12 50m butterfly and tenth in the 50m backstroke.
