Veteran Twyford handler Alan Jarvis will have his appeal against the British Horseracing Authority’s decision that he is no longer a suitable person to hold a training licence heard on Tuesday, May 13.
The 75-year-old, who was declared bankrupt last September, has been operating for the past four weeks under a temporary licence, which has been extended to the date of his appeal hearing.
Meanwhile, he is set to run outsider Lady Lara in the Qipco 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on Sunday, with Kieren Fallon on board.
