Britain's Got Talent returned to our screens once again this weekend for its 17th series

Afronita and Abigail, who is just seven years old and deaf, performed a dancing routine that amazed all of those watching.

Prior to the routine getting underway Afronita told the judges that she decided to mentor Abigail after seeing videos of her dancing online.

The dancing duo received four yeses, with Simon Cowell even going as far to say they were one of his favourite auditions of the year so far.

Viewers also really enjoyed the routine, with many taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) to heap praise on them.

One person said it saw them cry, saying: "This little girl is so precious and I’m such a sappy old gal, I’m in tears again."

Another wrote: "Talented and so cute!! Bless them".

Meanwhile, another posted: "They’ve got that African beat Down too a tee well done girls. That was amazing."

Another shared: "Oh wow, that actually got me emotional. Fantastic duo. Fantastic."
