Plans to build up to 750 homes near one of Oxfordshire's fastest growing towns have been announced.
Gladman Developments is proposing to build the huge housing development on land north of Caversfield, near Bicester.
The plans include a primary school and a community centre in the 'heart of the neighbourhood', as well as a new roundabout on the A4421 and a greenway running through the development.
More than half of the site will be green space, including sports pitches, play areas and a community orchard.
A spokesperson for Gladman Developments said: "In summer 2025 we carried out consultation with the local community, and we have since carefully reviewed all the feedback received.

"Using this we will soon submit an outline planning application for a landscape-led neighbourhood that would provide new homes, green spaces and community facilities.
"Our aim is to create a welcoming , well-connected place that respects its setting and delivers meaningful benefits for both existing and future members of the community.
"We want to create an accessible development, which has landscape, nature and community at its heart.
"The proposals include a range of day-to-day and community facilities and outdoor recreation for existing and future residents of Caversfield."
An outline planning application will be submitted to Cherwell District Council in due course.
It comes after plans to build 475 more homes on fields between Camp Road and Lower Heyford Road, outside Heyford Park, near Bicester.
Developer Richborough has submitted the plans to Cherwell District Council, which include vehicle access via Camp Road, children’s play areas with equipment, walking and cycling routes, and public open space.
The site is next to a separate application for 9,000 homes to be built at the former RAF base at Heyford Park, which was submitted by Dorchester Living last September.
Heyford Park is also set to become one of many ‘new towns’ in the country, as part of a Government programme.
The surrounding area has many major developments planned, including £600 million theme park Puy du Fou near Bucknell.
Plans for four huge warehouses near junction 10 off the M40 were turned down by the council, but the developer has stated that they would plan to appeal the decision.

Councillor Gareth Epps, who represents the Heyford Park area on the county council, said the plans needed to be taken into account with other developments planned for the area.
He added: “I’m very conscious of the concerns of residents of Caulcott, that Heyford Park might be getting too close to the village.
“The site is very prone to flooding and that needs to be looked at.
“What I hope is that we can find some way of looking at these things in the round.
“475 new homes on the face of it is relatively small compared to 9,000, but that’s still 700 car journeys a day, unless there are mitigations like reopening Ardley Station.”
