A man has been charged in connection with multiple burglaries in a recent crime spree.
The 31-year-old faces four burglary charges following incidents in Abingdon in August and September.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Friday, September 1).
Sergeant Chris Cochrane said: "This result reflects the excellent partnership working between our local neighbourhood policing team, CCTV operators, and detectives from the priority crime team.
"Through their coordinated efforts, we were able to identify, locate, and apprehend the suspected offender promptly."
He emphasised the impact such crimes have on victims.
Sgt Cochrane said: "Burglaries can have a significant and lasting impact on victims, and bringing offenders to justice remains a priority for the Abingdon policing team.
"We are committed not only to pursuing those responsible but also to providing ongoing support and reassurance to those affected by crime in our community."
