The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

JUSTYN WOODSTOCK, 37, of Brookvale Park Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving in a DAF Truck Car Transporter on the A34 in Oxford on November 29 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £54 and a fine of £135. He was also banned from the road for 12 months.

MARTIN PUGH, 59, of Hectors Way, Oakham, Rutland, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in a vehicle on the M40 slip road at junction nine towards Bicester on December 9 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £123 and a fine of £307. He was also handed six penalty points.

CHRISTIAN WARNES, 32, of Reading Road, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving on the A329 Wallingford Road, Reading, in a Volkswagen Golf on June 22 this year with 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £174 and a fine of £435. He was also banned from the road for 14 months, but this can be reduced by 14 weeks if a course is completed by May 20 next year.

ABOULGASSIM OMAR SHEMMUO, 22, of Burlington Crescent, Headington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without third party insurance at Gillians Way, Oxford, on November 4 last year. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and a fine of £80. He was also banned from the road for six months and handed six penalty points.

MANUEL DE SOUSA SORIANO, 41, of Headington Road, Headington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of driving a vehicle without third party insurance at Magdalen Bridge, Oxford, on December 13 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £74 and a fine of £184. He was also banned from the road for six months and handed six penalty points.

RICHARD MCLEAN, 53, of Saunders Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to exceeding a 50mph speed limit on the A34 at Wytham in a Ford on August 11 last year. The speed recorded was 60mph. He was ordered to pay costs of £120, a victim surcharge of £66 and a fine of £166. He was also handed three penalty points.

SEAN KELLEY, 36, of Brookside, East Hanney, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on the A415 at Kingston Bagpuize without third party insurance on December 9 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £110 and a fine of £276. He was also banned from the road for six months and handed six penalty points.

VITOR MARQUES GOMES, 26, of Canterbury Road, Croydon, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at South Bar Street, Banbury, on November 27 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £61 and a fine of £153. He was also handed three penalty points.

JOSHUA O'ROURKE, 29, of Hermitage Court, Cholsey, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without a licence at Wallingford Street, Wantage, on January 31 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £120, a victim surcharge of £133 and a fine of £333. He was also handed three penalty points.
