A car being driven without insurance or a licence has been seized in Banbury.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) located the white Audi following reports that it was being driven by individuals, despite the driver attempting to evade police.
Officers confirmed there was no insurance in place and seized the car under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "Driving without a licence or insurance places other road users at risk and we will continue to take positive action where offences are identified."
Concerns have also been raised about motorcycles being ridden anti-socially in the Banbury area.
TVP has received comments on social media suggesting that officers are not taking action, but the force has reassured the public that an investigation is ongoing.
The spokesman said: "Not all police activity is visible and some tactics are deliberately not overt.
"Officers are actively progressing a number of lines of enquiry and gathering evidence to identify those responsible."
Police are appealing for dashcam footage, CCTV, helmet camera footage, photographs, or any other information that could assist the investigation.
Witnesses are asked to use the Update an Incident facility on the TVP website.
