A businessman has been banned from driving after he was caught speeding on the M40 in Oxfordshire.
Mihai Dmatrasac drove a BMW 5-Series at 83mph on the M40, between junction nine the Wendlebury Interchange and junction 10 for Bicester, on January 16 this year.
The 40-year-old, who is a director of a construction contractor, appeared at Slough Magistrates' Court on August 27.

Dmatrasac, of Leigham Court Road in London, pleaded guilty to the offence.
He was disqualified for three months, fined £307, and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £123 surcharge.
