Nominations have opened for an award recognising outstanding contributions to supporting victims of domestic abuse.
The John Latham Award, relaunched this year by Thames Valley Police, honours individuals in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire who have made a significant impact in preventing harm, supporting victims, or improving outcomes for those affected by domestic abuse.
Detective Chief Superintendent Lee Barnham said: "John Latham was hugely influential in the field of domestic abuse.
"His pioneering work led to meaningful change and has helped shape the way agencies respond to domestic abuse-related deaths today.

"It is therefore fitting that we recognise those who continue to make a positive difference to the lives of victim-survivors of domestic abuse across the Thames Valley.
"We encourage people to think about those individuals who go above and beyond in supporting others and to nominate them for this award."
The award is named in memory of the late solicitor John Latham, whose work following the murders of Julia and William Pemberton in Hermitage in 2003 led to the introduction of Domestic Homicide Reviews.
Mr Latham used the Human Rights Act to advocate for systemic change, ensuring that lessons could be learned from such tragedies to prevent future harm.
Nominees can include individuals from the voluntary sector, local authorities, healthcare, or Thames Valley Police.
Nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, September 30.
The winner will be announced on White Ribbon Day in November.
