Scales of Justice results from Oxford Magistrates' Court

MOTUNRAYO DARAMOLA, 31, of George Street, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus without a licence and without third party insurance on Great Suffolk Street, London, on January 31 this year. He also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with endorsable section 36 traffic sign on the same occasion. He was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £184 and a fine of £461. He was also handed six penalty points.

SUDARSHAN DEWAN, 26, of Cotswold Park, Didcot, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 50mph zone in a Renault on the A322 Bracknell Road in Bagshot, Surrey, on September 10 last year. He also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with red / green arrow / lane closure light signals on the same occasion. He was ordered to pay a fine of £40 and he was handed three penalty points.

CALLUM GAUGHAN, 34, of Awgar Stone Road, Headington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage in Great Yarmouth on June 20 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £74, a fine of £186 and compensation of £300.

LOUIS MILES, 18, of Crawley Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in a Ford Focus at Longfield Avenue, Fareham, on March 1 this year. He also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely ketamine on the same occasion. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £233 and a fine of £583. He was also banned from the road for 24 months.

MATTHEW LEACH, 27, of Patrick Haugh Road, Arncott, Bicester, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft from Tesco Express in Southampton in March this year. The total value of the items stolen was £326.65. He was jailed for three months.

PIOTR CIESIELSKI, 34, of Sir Henry Jake Close, Banbury, was found guilty of drink driving in a Mitsubishi L200 at Coleford Road, Darnall, with 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on May 22 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £650, a victim surcharge of £138 and a fine of £346. He was also banned from the road for 12 months, but this can be reduced by three months if a course is completed by February 28 next year.

GEORGE ALLEN, 35, of St Annes Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a lock knife at Gatwick Airport on June 12 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £203 and a fine of £507. An order was also made for the knife to be destroyed.

NTHABISENG MOLOI, 41, of Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 40mph zone in a Volvo XC40 on the A40 in London on October 2 last year. Moloi was ordered to pay costs of £130, a victim surcharge of £58 and a fine of £146. Moloi was also banned from the road for six months and handed three penalty points.
