The latest court results from Oxford Magistrates Court

CARLSTON STEELE, 34, of The Fairway, Banbury, was found guilty of assault by beating in Banbury on July 9 this year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation activity and 19 days of an accredited programme. He was also ordered to pay £150 in compensation.

DEXTER WEBB, 19, of Queens Close, Eynsham, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Kidlington on May 24. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JAMES LINEKER, 32, of Tarret Burn, Didcot, was found guilty of drug driving in Didcot on December 30 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £690. There were also court costs of £800 and a victim surcharge of £276.

JAMIE TOWLE, 40, of Old London Road, Oxfordshire, pleaded guilty to possession of Class A drug – namely cocaine – in Oxford on March 1 last year. He was fined £461 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £46.

LEWIS MINNS, 24, of Beatrice Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on May 13. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

HUGH WHITE, 62, of no fixed abode, indicated guilty to one count of harassment by attending an address in Howe Hill, Watlington on November 18 this year that he was prohibited from attending due to a restraining order imposed by Oxford Magistrates Court on October 10 this year. He was fined £40. There were also court costs of £85.

CHARLOTTE MCCOLLIN, 31, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug – namely cocaine – on November 13 this year Oxford as well as breaching a criminal behaviour order on November 18 by attending an address in Spindleberry Close, Oxford which she was prohibited from attending due to an order may by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 9, 2021. She was fined £50. There were no orders for further costs.

MARTIN CHMIELEWSKI, 30, of Point Place, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on February 10 this year in Middlesborough as well as one count of driving without a licence. He was fined £200 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £373.

GERMANIA ANTONESCU, 30, of Windmill Lane, Smethwick, Sandwell, pleaded guilty to stealing an unknown value of cosmetics and vitamins from Boots in Witney on May 6 this year. She was fined £40. There were also court costs of £85.

JORDAN CARTON, 25, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Cosmo Restaurant in Oxford on May 6 this year. He was fined £120. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
