JACEK KONIECZYNSKI, 44, of Matilda House, Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of Class B drugs. On October 27, he was found in possession of a quantity of Amphetamine in Oxford. KONIECZYNSKI was fined £80 and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.

MORTON MORTON, 32, of Bayswater Road, Headington, Oxford pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking and property damage under £5000, driving whilst disqualified, taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance. On July 17 at Churchill Drive and Old Road in Oxford, without the consent of the owner, he took a Nissan Qashqai which he damaged by crashing into a brick wall whilst being disqualified from driving and not holding a policy of insurance. On February 2 he took a red Peugeot 208 Index from Asda on London Road in Wheatley without the owner’s consent. He did this whilst being disqualified from driving and not holding a policy of insurance. Morton was given a community order of rehabilitation activity to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 Days. He must complete 150 hours of unpaid work to be completed within 12 months.

ION LEVINTE, 28, of Jubilee Road, Daventry, Northamptonshire, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop. On July 18 he stole £312.25 worth of goods from Sainsbury’s in Kidlington. Levinte has been ordered a community order of rehabilitation activity and to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments for up to a maximum of 15 days. The magistrates also ordered that 50 hours of unpaid work must be completed within 12 months.

LEWIS THOMPSON, 35, of no fixed abode in Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary. On June 11, he entered the Eastgate Mercure Hotel on the High Street in Oxford and stole a safe to the value of £1000. On July 13, he stole another safe to an unknown value. Thompson has been jailed for three months for each to be served consecutively with a six-month custodial period. He was ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

MOHAMMED NAJADI,35,  of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to burglary. On June 11, he entered the Eastgate Mercure Hotel on the High Street in Oxford and stole a safe to the value of £1000. Najadi was jailed for three months and ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

CHARLES WARD, 30, of St Johns Road, Abingdon pleaded guilty to drug driving. On May 12, he drove a Ford Transit on St Aldates Road in Oxford when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in his blood was not less than 138 ug/L exceeding the specified limit. Ward was disqualified from driving for 12 months and given an £80 fine.

RICHARD KINNAIRD, 43, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to possession of Class B drugs. On November 8, he was found with possession of cannabis in Oxford. Kinnaird was fined £80 and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
