JACK TRELOAR, 18, of Clover Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Broadway Close, Witney. He blew 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost twice the legal limit of 35mgs. He was fined £450, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £170 in costs and surcharge.

SHANJIB RAI, 27, of Field Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to driving a car on the A4074 in Cane End on September 23 while over the alcohol limit. He gave a reading of 40mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; slightly over the limit of 35. Rai was fined £346, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £138 victim surcharge and £85 in prosecution costs.

JAMES HAYWARD-BROOMFIELD, 44, of Kingston Warren, near Wantage, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Focus on London Road, Oxford, on January 29. He was over the limit for benzoylecgonine, a bye-product created when the body breaks down cocaine. He was fined £1,468, banned from driving for a year and must pay £1,587 in costs and surcharge.

REUBEN TOMLINSON, 20, of Meadow Close, Grove, admitted two lots of drug driving offences. He was caught behind the wheel of a Mini Cooper on Abingdon Road, Oxford, on February 17 when blood tests showed he had cannabis and benzoylecgonine in his system. A couple of weeks later, on March 2, he was stopped on the A34 southbound and found to be over the limit for cocaine and cannabis. Separately, he admitted driving the Mini in Wantage and Stanford in the Vale in March while unfit through drugs. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, a six month mental health treatment requirement and a 17 month driving disqualification. Tomlinson was told to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ADAM NASH, 45, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to damaging a Mercedes C class worth almost £1,050 in Oxford on March 4. He was ordered to pay the value of the damage in compensation.

MATTHEW SMITH, 29, of Roman Way, Bicester, admitted possession of cannabis in Bicester on July 1. He was fined £80 and given a community order with mental health and drugs rehabilitation requirements. Smith must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

DANNY RAYSON, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted wilfully obstructing a police officer in the exercise of his duty in Oxford on September 23. Rayson was fined £80 and must pay £40 in prosecution costs.

ANDRII MANKIR, 28, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, admitted drink driving a silver Ford Focus on the Eastern Bypass on September 24. Tests showed Mankir had 90mgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; more than two-and-a-half times the legal limit. He was fined £500, banned from driving for two years and was ordered to pay £285 in costs and surcharge.

ELLIE CAMPBELL, 22, of Watermill Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Suzuki Splash on Bayswater Road, Waynflete Road and Watermill Way, Barton, on April 14. Tests taken after she was arrested showed she was more than three times the legal limit, blowing 108mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Campbell was banned from the roads for 25 months and given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and a mental health treatment requirement. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
