A pair of young men involved in a brawl have appeared in court.
Sam Durbin, 20, and Leon Townley, 23, were in front of Judge Michael Gledhill KC on Friday (September 15) having already admitted their parts in the affray.
The incident took place in Bodicote, Banbury, on June 11, 2020, when Durbin was just 16-years-old.
Two other men had been due to stand trial this month accused of affray and variously brandishing a cricket bat or piece of wood.
However, prosecutors dropped the allegations before the trial began.
Durbin and Townley, both from Banbury, returned to court on Friday, when Judge Gledhill ordered pre-sentence reports from the probation service for both men.
They will be sentenced on October 6.
