Oxera Ltd, Liquidation Order

Oxera has issued a public notice to dissolve Oxera Holdings Ltd, Oxera Services Ltd and Oxford Economic Research Associates Ltd.

Oxera is a leading economics and finance consultancy established in 1982 with offices at Park Central, 40-41 Park End Street, Oxford.

Before Oxera became a Limited Liability Partnership, it was previously held within a structure of various limited companies, including Oxera Holdings Limited, Oxera Economic Research Associates Limited, Oxera Limited, and Oxera Services Limited.

Those limited companies are now no longer required, having already become dormant and are now being formally dissolved in normal and good financial stability.

The trading of Oxera remains with the LLP and its current and future partners.

Stacey Brown and Matthew Chadwick, both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, were appointed joint liquidators of the companies on April 12, 2023.

Creditors should send in their full names, addresses and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the joint liquidators on or before May 24 2023.

If required by notice they will be called in to prove their debts or claims at a time and place to be specified.
