Ford cars from both sides of the Atlantic and from all eras took to Bicester Heritage in large numbers for a major classic car event.

The second Scramblers Assembly of the year saw modern performance hatches mixing with Model Ts, 1970s Capris and the odd hot rod.

The oldest car on show was a T laundry van from The T Service, a company that restores and services the old Ford Model Ts.

The Wriggly Monkey Brewery’s Model A truck made its presence felt in the motor transport yard, too, watching guard over the Armstrong Siddeley fresh from the Pomeroy Trophy at Silverstone the day before.

The brewery is based at Bicester Heritage, and takes inspiration from the worlds of engineering and motoring, creating traditional real ales.

March’s Scramblers Assembly, a cars and coffee morning at Bicester Heritage for members of the club, will take place on Sunday, March 26.

Motorsport is the theme, with any car with track or rally links being invited to display. General parking is also available for those not matching the theme.

Tickets cost £5 per person, with free admission for under 15s, available in advance only via the Scramblers Shop: https://scramblers.bicesterheritage.co.uk/shop Merlin and Pegasus members, Scramblers who have upgraded to receive a raft of additional benefits, receive a free pass to every monthly Assembly.
