A YOUNG man was found dead in his home after allegedly taking cocaine.

An inquest has been opened into the death of Conor Kilbane, 27, of Ardley Road in Bicester, who died on August 10 this year.

Coroner Darren Salter, of Oxfordshire Coroner’s Court, opened the inquest on Wednesday (December 14) to help determine the cause of death when someone has died unnaturally, or the cause is unknown.

Mr Salter told the court: “It is understood that he had taken cocaine that evening and went into cardiac arrest.

“An ambulance attended but he later died. A post-mortem cause of death is still to be determined.”

A full inquest will take place at the same court on April 16 next year.
