A driver who tested positive for drugs behind the wheel and did not have insurance was arrested by police.

The motorist was pulled over by officers this morning in Queens Avenue, Bicester.

This was the first stop of the day for the officers, who quickly discovered the driver did not have valid insurance.

As well as this, the driver also had no licence and failed a roadside drug wipe for cannabis.

Officers arrested the motorist and seized the vehicle.
