FABIAN HAUGHTON, 20, of Distillery Walk, Brentford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen at Abingdon police station in May. He was fined £50, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £184 in costs and surcharge.

ALLINA SKUBA, 32, of Witney Road, Finstock, admitted drink driving a Cupra on the A40. Skuba was more than three times the drink drive limit, blowing 112mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The magistrates banned the driver from the roads for two years and imposed a 12 month community order, £85 in costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

ISTVAN RUSKAI, 45, of North Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes CLK 200 on School View, Banbury. Tests showed he had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £233, given 10 penalty points and was ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £93 victim surcharge.

ELLA SYME, 36, of Ray Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by phoning the police in October ‘without a genuine emergency’. She was fined £40.

JED DENTON, 29, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, pleaded guilty to growing 11 cannabis plants in Wheatley and possession of around 50g of the class B drug. He was given an 18 month conditional discharge, which means no action will be taken unless he commits further offences in the next year and a half.

BILLY IRWIN-AYRE, 22, of Weston Road, Lewknor, admitted drink driving a VW Polo in Chalgrove in April. Tests showed he had 95mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, the limit being 80mlg. He was fined £369, disqualified from driving for 13 months and must pay £85 in costs and a £37 victim surcharge.

 FARRELL STOKER, 25, of Danvers Road, Oxford, admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Ashhurst Way while over the limit for cocaine and cannabis. The magistrates imposed a £120 fine, 12 month driving disqualification and £74 in costs and surcharge.

KALEM PAINTIN, 24, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted causing a woman actual bodily harm, damaging her hot tub and rear door and using violence to secure entry to a property in Headington. He was ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation as part of a community order requiring him to complete an alcohol rehabilitation programme. There was no punitive element to the community order as Paintin had already spent two months in custody, the court register recorded. A restraining order bans him from going to Kiln Lane, Headington, until October 2024. He must pay a £114 victim surcharge.

SAMUEL MASIH-GILL, 52, of Old Marston Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was given a community order with up to 45 rehabilitation activity requirement days. A restraining order bans him from going to Stowford Road, Oxford, for two years. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

ZOWIE DAVIS, 45, of Bonners Mead, Benson, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Nissan X-trail on the Eastern Bypass road in Oxford in September. Tests showed Davis had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, where the legal limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates imposed a community order with up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days, a 23 month driving disqualification and £199 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID SUTHERLAND, 47, of Broad Street, Long Compton, admitted drink driving a Nissan Note in Banbury Road, Chipping Norton. He had 42mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £500, disqualified from driving for a year and must pay £285 in costs and surcharge.
