JAMIE TOWNSEND, 36, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards a police officer in Banbury last July and damaging a £3 ashtray at The Musketeer pub. He was fined £160 and must pay £3 in compensation to the pub.

CHARLES COMBEN, 28, of Parsons Mead, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Balfour Road, Oxford. He had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £276, banned from driving for three years and must pay £295 in costs and surcharge.

RAFAL GOSPODARCZYK, 46, of Elmhurst Way, Carterton, admitted failing to comply with a roadside breath test or provide a breath specimen at Abingdon police station. He was banned from driving for three years, and given an eight week prison sentence suspended for a year. The court record noted it was his third drink driving matter ‘within a short period of time’. He was ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SAM SCHNELLING, 35, of Wentworth Road, Oxford, admitted racially-aggravated harassment by sending five abusive emails last November. He also sent another woman a ‘number of threatening text messages’ and left a ‘threatening voicemail’. He must complete 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order and pay £170 in costs to the CPS.

DANIEL WALSH, 31, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting three guards at HMP Bullingdon by beating them. He was given a six week curfew and must pay £300 in compensation.

NEIL SMITH, 56, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, admitted attempted sexual communication online with a person who purported to be a girl under-16. He received a community order with up to 40 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must abide by a sexual harm prevention order designed to limit his access to the web and will be a registered sex offender for five years. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

DANIELO GUIMARAES, 32, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to exposing his genitals in Queen Street, Oxford, last August. He was given 60 hours of unpaid work, must abide by a nine month mental health treatment requirement, pay £193 in compensation and will be a registered sex offender for five years. He was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

HARGUTAKE BASRA, 50, of Weston Street, Walsall, was found guilty of breaching a non-molestation order by going to a house in Bodicote. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay £760 in prosecution costs and a £154 victim surcharge.

TABITHA KAY, 28, of New Road, Shillingford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath at Abingdon police station. She was banned from driving for three years and must complete up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay a £95 victim surcharge.

MIAH COLLIS, 24, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting two police officers in Southam Road, Banbury. She received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 victim surcharge.

GAVIN WILLS, 39, of Roper Road, Upper Heyford, admitted drink driving a Nissan Navara in Somerton in June. Tests showed he had 116mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £369, banned from driving for a year and must pay £233 in costs and surcharge.
