REECE Marshall scored four tries as Chinnor claimed their first away victory of the season with a 31-21 win at Taunton Titans.
The hooker touched down off the back of three unstoppable driving mauls, before diving over out wide late on in Somerset.
Following five defeats from their opening six games, it was a much-needed bonus point win for Chinnor who have climbed a place to 11th in the National League 1 table.
The visitors took the lead on five minutes when Marshall plunged over at the back of an unstoppable driving lineout – Nick Smith adding the extras.
Taunton levelled through Thomas Stewart’s try, but Chinnor led 12-7 at the break as Marshall scored off a powerful maul attack.

Two tries in the space of seven second half minutes from Toby East and Brett Harvey saw Titans go 21-12 in front.
Chinnor responded by cutting the deficit to two points when Smith converted Josh Pieterse’s close range try.
Marshall then completed his hat-trick just after the hour as the visitors retook the lead.
With just three points in it, the next score was crucial and Chinnor made sure of victory when Marshall grabbed his fourth try. Smith slotted the conversion to put them out of sight.
Henley Hawks moved up to third in National 2 East as they won 38-24 at Westcliff.
Hawks were ahead after three minutes when Alex Bradley touched down close to the posts, Max Titchener adding the conversion points.
An error saw Westcliff draw level, but Ben Harrison was next on the scoresheet after a series of punishing drives towards the visitor’s line saw him drive over for Titchener to convert.
A Henley kick through was then charged down by Westcliff and the home side levelled the score.

A second try from Harrison was scored out wide, with Titchener just wide with the conversion.
Westcliff levelled again, but Dave Manning crashed over to set up a half-time score of 26-19.
The hosts scored a quick try but tries from Tom Vooght and Sam Lunnon made the final score comfortable.
Oxford Quins suffered a second consecutive defeat in Regional 1 South Central, by losing 38-5 at home to Havant. Banbury won 21-20 at Bournemouth.
Witney beat Swindon 31-10 in Regional 2 Tribute South Central, while Grove lost 37-26 at home to Newbury Blues.
Chinnor III continued their 100 per cent record in Counties 1 Tribute Southern North with a 21-8 win at Wallingford. Gosford All Blacks won 17-14 at Bracknell II, while Bicester lost 20-18 at Marlow.
