Police who were waiting for a recovery vehicle for a seized car spotted a nervous driver and discovered he had no insurance either.
TVP Roads Policing stopped the first vehicle on Sunday afternoon (2/10) as the driver had no insurance and a revoked licence.
Checks then confirmed the second driver was committing a similar offence.
