VIVIEN FAWDREY, 30, of New Road, Woodstock, was jailed for 20 weeks for assaulting four women in Woodstock last December and using racially-aggravated threatening behaviour against a police constable in Abingdon on the same date. The magistrates also ordered the defendant pay £400 in compensation to the four victims of the assaults.

MATTHEW DUNSDON, 50, of Mackenzie Avenue, Milton, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Citroen Berlingo van on January 25 in Trenchard Avenue, Didcot. He was fined £250, given a year-long driving disqualification and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

OWEN FROUDE, 31, of Gainsborough Green, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of the sex offender register by failing to notify the police he had stayed for at least 12 hours at a household where an under-18 ‘resides or stays’. He was made to pay £180 in costs and surcharge. A community order was imposed with a four month curfew and up to 10 rehabilitation requirement days.

DAVID SEAGER, 48, of Fallowfield Crescent, Witney, received an 18 month conditional discharge for stealing food from the Co-op in Carterton and a BP service station at Brize Norton. He also made off without paying for almost £9 in fuel. The magistrates imposed a £22 victim surcharge.

MAYCON NOSELLA, 38, of Orchard Court, Rose Hill, admitted drink driving a Mercedes A class in Garsington Road last December. Tests showed he had 139mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £415, banned from driving for three years and pay £126 in costs and surcharge.

DARREN DAVISON, 50, of Gordon Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £1,200-worth of goods from the Abingdon B&M and £209-worth of items from Reading Ikea. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £892 in compensation to the two shops. He was also ordered to pay £310 in costs.

ERMAN KASHARI, 34, of Goscote Lane, Walsall, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Mercedes CLS 320 on the M40 and driving it without insurance. He was over the limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £184, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLES EVERTON, 37, of Ashbourne, Derbyshire, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes Sprinter van in Warborough while over the limit for cannabis last December. He was fined £300, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ANDRZEJ POLYNKIN, 51, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen at Banbury police station in June. He was ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work, banned from the roads for a year and a half and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL HODGKINSON, 37, of Ashford Avenue, Sonning Common, admitted two counts of beating and using violence to secure entry to a property in Sonning Common. He was given 80 hours of unpaid work, must complete probation service’s Building Better Relationships programme and pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

THOMAS O’SULLIVAN, 27, of Little Coxwell, near Faringdon, admitted drink driving a BMW 325i and failing to stop for a constable on the A420 and Fernham Road. Tests showed he had 94mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £350, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

GEORGE BEAUMONT, 28, of Wallingford Road, Streatley, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Ka in New Road, East Hagbourne in February. He was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £150, banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
