The opening event of a newly renovated health club saw a team of sports stars cutting the ribbon.

Bicester Hotel and Spa, in Chesterton, held the opening of its new state-of-the-art health club on Monday, whilst also teasing a brand-new interactive driving range to be opened soon.

Oxford United Football Club were present at the event and cut the ribbon to make the opening official.

The new club will comprise two state-of-the-art gyms, a variety of fitness classes and a new engagement app which allows users to track all their progress and talk to their instructors easily.

A spokesperson for Bicester Hotel and Spa wrote on Facebook: “We were proud to invite our members and guests to the grand opening of the new health club at Bicester Hotel and Spa.

“Also a big thank you to our partners Oxford United Football Club for cutting the ribbon.”
