A popular plant-based restaurant has launched a new pop-up offering their fresh, healthy food.

Holy Carrot, the vegan restaurant located in Knightsbridge, has announced the opening of its new pop-up at Bicester Village.

The restaurant’s culinary caravan will be found at the shopping destination from Friday July 29 for the duration of six months, and will be serving its renowned dishes to guests visiting Bicester Village.

Visitors can head over to the pop-up for a plant-based breakfast or simply to grab a tea, coffee, pressed juice or smoothie.

Holy Carrot’s menu also features a variety of healthy lunch and snack items.

The vegan venue claims to use ethically sourced seasonal produce, prepared in a mindful manner.

The dishes are all free from preservatives, refined sugar, gluten, additives and are led by seasonal organic British produce.
